The European Academy of Informatisation - AEI, created by Royal
Decree, in accordance with the Charter, signed by Minister of Justice of Belgium,
provides training and awards the degrees of M.S., Ph.D., Grand Ph.D., Penza
technological Institute - PTI provides training specialists with higher education
and has state accreditation for awarding such degrees as B.S., M.S., valid on
the territory of Russia.
Both parties stress the importance of the fundamental training of experts in
a wide range of subjects for solving global problems.
Both parties also consider it necessary to conduct a work on the recognition
of the diplomas and certificates valid on the whole European Area.
The parties support the useful activity of the World Information Distributed
University - WIDU, aimed at training specialists of the highest qualification
with awarding the scientific degree of Grand Doctor of Philosophy - Grand Ph.
D., and creating the necessary conditions for recognizing the Russian degree
of Doctor of Sciences valid in Europe. The parties mark the necessity of making
up a WIDU Department in Penza Region.
Both parties stress the importance of founding the European Association of
Universities for joining the efforts of educational institutions in training
specialists and their accreditation for solving global problems, with awarding
diplomas and certificates, valid on the whole European Educational Area.
The parties stress the useful activity of the World Order "Science. Education.
Culture." in establishing direct connections between scientists and professors
of all countries in the world.
Both parties appeal to scientific and business circles, public and state organizations
with the request of giving a moral and financial support to the project of the
Global System of Education.
